About the Award

Excellence in IFTA enforcement

The Charles M. Mills Award recognizes an individual who raises the profile among IFTA jurisdictions regarding the need for enforcement of the IFTA Agreement.

Eligible nominees may come from any IFTA jurisdiction or law enforcement body charged with the administration or enforcement of IFTA in a member jurisdiction.

What the award recognizes

Cooperative efforts to promote IFTA enforcement within a jurisdiction and throughout the IFTA community.
Unique enforcement programs or methods and the positive results they produced.
Innovative change that positively affects a jurisdiction or the broader IFTA community.
Excellence in execution and attitude.
Tenacity in supporting compliance and enforcement of the IFTA Agreement.
