Established under IFTA, Inc. Bylaws Article VI, Section 10 and Articles of Agreement R1810.200.090, the ATMC provides guidance on alternative taxing methods and motor fuels, researches ballot proposals, and makes recommendations to the IFTA, Inc. Board of Trustees.
