AUTHORITY AND PURPOSE

"The CAC is established by the International Fuel Tax Association, Inc. (IFTA, Inc.) Board of Trustees (Board) to provide guidance for use of the IFTA, Inc. Clearinghouse (Clearinghouse) as established by the IFTA Articles of Agreement, Section R2110. The CAC monitors the monthly funding process to ensure that all jurisdictions meet their financial obligations and receive all funds due to them under this agreement."
