Other Exemptions:	Nebraska entered into a reciprocity agreement with the juriisdiction of Iowa. Vehicles based in either state do not need to be in IFTA if the vehicles make deliveries within the Commercial Free Zone and/or the corporate limits of the following cities: Omaha, Bellevue, Dakota City, South Sioux City and Nebraska City, including the portion of Nebraska Highway 2 from the city limits to the Nebraska Iowa border in Nebraska, and Council Bluffs, Carter Lake, Hamburg, Port Neal and Sioux City in Iowa. If the carrier travels in any other city other than those listed, they will be required to obtain an IFTA license or fuel permit. This agreement has been amended twice: 11/29/2005 & 08/07/2007
